What types of fitness programs do you offer?
We offer a variety of classes including Adult, Youth, Sport-Specific and More! There are open gym access memberships, team training, 1on1 training, group lessons, online fitness plans and drop in-classes.
How do I sign up for a fitness program or membership?
You can message us directly for team or group training to arrange dates/rates.
For 1on1's and small groups, you can sign up on our fitness page under "booking".
Are there trainers or instructors available to assist and guide my workouts?
Our trainers are fully engaged in the workouts with any type of group. They educate, assist, and protect against injury, which is one of our main priorities.
What safety measures are in place at your fitness facility?
We clean regularly, offer sanitation measures and have a clean bathroom. There are 2 fire extinguishers, and have a safe emergency exit with a clear path.

REFUND POLICY:
Partial refunds will only be issues before 24 hours prior to the class/lesson time.
Within 24 hours, there will be NO refunds given.
