HEAD FITNESS TRAINER
My name is Jon Studniarz. I am an athlete and a certified personal trainer. I started working out as a freshman in high school, and it has changed my life. I fell in love with the process and decided to dedicate myself to helping others change their lives. I have trained in multiple facets, including speed and agility, weight training, and I have self-coached myself through multiple power lifting competitions. I specialize in working with athletes. Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at Joliet Junior College. The physical benefits of the gym are great, but what I really love about it is the atmosphere and support inside the weight room, and that is what I plan to bring to P2G. We are all working towards the same goals, and I am here to help you reach them. I look forward to carrying out the vision of P2G!
